Automated outputs may change as our systems evolve and improve.


5. Financial Health Score

The Financial Health Score is a proprietary analytical output generated using multiple data sources and methodologies.

The Financial Health Score:

  • is not a credit score;
  • is not issued by a credit bureau;
  • is not a guarantee of financing;
  • is not legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice; and
  • may change as additional information becomes available or our methodologies evolve.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that assist us in:

  • cloud hosting;
  • payment processing;
  • authentication;
  • customer support;
  • data storage;
  • analytics;
  • communications;
  • infrastructure management; and
  • security monitoring.

These providers are contractually required to protect the information they process on our behalf.


Financial Partners

If you request financing, merchant services, or other financial products through Score, we may share relevant information with participating financial institutions or partners as necessary to evaluate your request.

Corporate Transactions

If Rate Tracker is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, reorganization, or similar transaction, information covered by this Privacy Policy may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

The Services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
